Sage was born in Crested Butte, Colorado and has lived there for 22 years. During her sophomore year of high school, she found her passion for art and pursued it through her schooling at Western Colorado University, and graduated May 2023 from Western Colorado University.
In 2019, Sage got her first tattoo to celebrate her high school graduation and the industry fascinated her. Over the next few years she would acquire 2 more tattoos and is currently planning more. She wants to tattoo as a form of therapy for others and for others to feel comfortable with the ink on their skin.
While her work focuses on black and white work, she’s been expressive with her bold colors in photography and pushing them to make them brighter. Something she wants to try with her flash tattoo work in the future.
